Kali Central is back! Yes the old kali server kali central where all war2 newbies used to hang out is back, server#190. Kali has had huge problems with being down for the last week, now it is back up on a temporary server and Jay has created Kali central as a default chat server, whether this lasts remains to be seen, but its fun to hang out on Kali central again :)

Welcome to the Warcraft 2 preservation site, a site dedicated to the memory of the greatest on-line game ever made! Although the game is still played, the halcyon days of War 2 are all but gone.

This site serves as a nostalgic look back at those days when not only was Warcraft 2 a popular multi-player game, there was a huge amount of webspace devoted to fan sites, strategy pages, animated gifs, puds, leagues and other War2 related material. Though most of this content has disappeared, some remains and I have tried to collect as much as possible here.

There used to be hundreds of fan-sites to war2, now all the links are broken, some still remain, I've listed all the existing ones on this site. The competition to produce the best animated GIFs was as fierce as the competition in the game itself, i've trawled the net and found as many as i could anashamedly stole them and put them on the site for future generations to marvel at. . We all remember the warcraft 2 maps, i've given my own review of the most popular maps we used to play. Battle Reports were fun to read, however they are also thin on the ground these days, ive saved as many as i could so you can read others' past glories.
